Winter Shut-Down of System
Turn off main water supply to the system. Utilizing compressed air, water is pushed out of the pipes, heads, and components. Prevents system failure from freezing temperatures during the winter season.
Scheduled Days for Winter Shut-Down
The Winter Shut-Down service can be scheduled on a day chosen by the customer, from available days on a first-come, first-served basis. Note: To be covered under the Freeze Guard Guarantee, customers must agree to have system winterization performed no later than Nov. 15th.
Freeze Guard Guarantee (when paid by November 1st)
If any part of the irrigation system fails due to freezing, after we have performed the shut-down within our recommended time frame, any damage to the irrigation system will be repaired at no expense to the SystemCare Plan customer. Note: Well pumps are considered a component of the water supply, and not part of the irrigation system. Therefore, pumps are not covered under this guarantee.
Spring Activation with Full System Check
Re-activation of the irrigation system plus a detailed check of all components during this service. Includes necessary spray adjustments to heads, unclogging nozzles, checking rain sensor and program adjustments (only by request). Note: Parts and any repairs beyond general adjustments may result in additional charges

The Spring Activation service can be scheduled on a day chosen by the customer, from available days on a first-come, first-served basis.
Discounts for Unexpected Repair Services
Any labor billed for service calls or repairs will be discounted by 20% OFF the regular labor rate. Must be an active participant in one of the SystemCare plans during that season.
Discounts on Backflow Assembly Testing
Some localities in our area require that your backflow assembly be tested and certified on an annual basis or after major repairs. Even if testing is not required in your area, getting a test will ensure the water system stays safe for you and the community. SystemCare Plan customers will receive a discount from the regular testing fee.
Repair Service Calls Billed in 15 Minute Increments
Labor charges for unexpected repair services will be billed in 1/4-hour increments after the 1-hour minimum. Most repair service companies will round up to the next full hour.
