System Shut Down (Winter Season)
Turn off main water supply to the system. All water is blown out of the pipes, heads, and components by utilizing compressed air. Prevents system failure from freezing temperatures during the winter season. |

|
Frozen Pipe Guarantee (if paid before November 1st)
If any part of the system fails due to freezing, after we have performed the shutdown at our recommended time, any damage to the system will be repaired at no expense to the maintenance plan customer. |

|
|
System Turn On (Spring Season)
Reactivation of the system and a quick integrity check for any obvious cracks or leaks throughout the system. |
|
|
|
|
Extended Parts Warranty
Any component or accessory of the irrigation system installed by Hampton Roads Irrigation, is covered for up to 5 years from manufacture defect. Must be an active participant in a maintenance plan during that year. |

|
|
|
Discounts on Future Service Calls
Any labor billed for service calls or repairs will be discounted by 20% OFF the regular labor rate. Must be an active participant in one of the maintenance plans during that year. |

|
|
Discounts on Backflow Preventer Testing
Some localities in our area require that your Backflow device be tested and certified on an annual basis. Maintenance plan customers will receive a discount off the regular testing fee. |

|
|
Service Calls Billed in 15 Minute Increments
Any labor billed for service calls or repairs will be charged in just quarter hour increments after the one hour minimum. Most service companies round up to the next half or full hour. |

|
|
|
Scheduled Days for Shut-Down & Turn-On
The Winter Shut-down & Spring Turn-on services will be scheduled during pre-selected days chosen by the customer. |

|
|
Full System Check during Spring Turn-On
Reactivation of the system and a detailed check of all components during the turn-on service. Includes needed adjustments to heads, unclogging nozzles, check rain sensor and requested program adjustments. |
|
|
|
|
Includes 2 Hours of Future Service Calls
Plan includes 2 hours of service labor to be utilized throughout the year. Most commonly used for general maintenance, service calls, repairs, program changes, head adjustments or any other services needed. |
|
|
|
|
Service Calls Roll Over to Next Year
Any leftover service labor not used during the current plan year will be rolled over and credited to next year’s maintenance plan. |
